Tesla has finally ringed the bells of the doors to India, and with its debut on the lands of diversity, Tesla hardly has an competition to any of its arriving vehicles.
To mark the entry, Tesla has registered itself as a full-fledged company in Bengaluru. The American leading EV manufacturer has a new entity, ‘ Tesla India Motors and Energy Private limited’ as suggested by the registrar of the companies. Tesla has named Vaibhav Taneja, Venkatrangam Sreeram and David Jon Feinstein as the three directors at the new entity. With this, Tesla will surely have a huge crowd of Indian buyers looking to book a vehicle ASAP.
Tesla is expected to debut its Model 3 sedan in India, and mark its entry as an renowned EV name. Names like Tata Nexon EV, MG ZS EV and many more are hardly anywhere near to both the technology and the expected price tag that the vehicles are anticipated to be sticked with.
Yet the real head scratching question is, does the ‘ Energy Private limited’ name tag, bring along a huge network of charging infrastructure in the future. For all the geeks that have been following Tesla, must be familiar to Elon’s big network of superchargers in many countries, that also contribute the steep rise of Tesla as an automotive success.
